If people who are rich enough to drop hundreds of $'s on fish are too stupid to figure this out, I have hope of making money someday.

A memo from work:

We seem to be having more people calling about “defective” oil pumps again lately. It occurs to me that many of you may not have the directions to assist with this concern.

The pumps are shipped in a compressed/collapsed mode. In most cases the caller simply can’t figure out how to get the compressed pump to unlock and rise up for use. Please ask the caller to hold the ring (bottle cap) of the pump in one hand, and then with the other hand press down on the top of the pump and rotate it counterclockwise 2-3 times. This should then release the lock and allow the pump to spring up.

That would be the case for you because you are a MacLean which means you are exceptionally intelligent.

I've talked to these people...they're just clueless.

Ha ha ha....yikes. :) Yeah that would be very hard to tell someone how to do that!
